Dr. Shaloam Ofisa grew up in Samoa most of his life where Natural Healing and Holistic Care is most popular.

He served a two year mission for his church (LDS) 2003-2005 in the Idaho Pocatello Mission (IPM).

Dr. Ofisa came back the summer of 2005 and Married his beautiful wife Brittney D. Nelson of Pocatello. Brittney has a background in graphic design and multi-media.

They have 4 beautiful children, Anitelu 17 years old (boy), Aleki 16 years old (boy), Aleina 12 years old (girl) and AloAli'ioSamoa 9 years old (boy). He loves spending time with his family when he is not in the office helping his patients feel better.
HOBBIES: Dr. Ofisa plays volleyball 1-2x's/week with friends and family. He and his wife loves going to the gym at 5 O'clock in the morning 5 times a week to work out. Dr. Ofisa was involved in a lot of sports when he was young including basketball (played 4 years in High School), Rugby and Football.

Meet the Staff
Jody Nelson
Jody is our office manager. Jody is the mother of 5 and grandmother of 12. She has a passion for health and wellness and has multiple certifications in the wellness industry. Jody enjoys spending time with her family and serving others. She is a self-made artist (she painted our children’s room) and enjoys traveling and learning. Jody’s philosophy is “Everyday you spend taking care of your health is one less day you spend losing it”. Jody enjoys working with the patients in the clinic and is always looking for new ways to make their experience here at the office more enjoyable.
Lucy Barbato
Lucy is the first face you will see when you come into the clinic. We have loved having her at the front desk! She has such a friendly attitude and is willing to do what needs to be done! She loves spending time with her family, previously attended ISU.
Kaitlyn Despain
You will find Kaitlyn in the back assisting Dr. Ofisa. She has a cheerful attitude and such a caring spirit. She was raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, and graduated from Blackfoot High School where she was involved in volleyball and track. After graduating she attended Idaho State University where she studied Physical Therapy Assisting and competed on the track team as heptathlete. She served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Iowa and was recently married to her high school sweetheart. Kaitlyn loves camping, skiing, painting, meeting new people, being active and especially eating Crumbl cookies.
Erica Powell
Erica is one of our amazing massage therapists! Our patients love her and she is a great addition to our office. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. She studied at the Milan institute in Boise.
Jennifer Neumann
Jose Ceballos
Jose is a 2016 graduate of National Holistic Institute 900 program as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator. Jose works with a variety of conditions and creates a customized, outcome-driven treatment plan for each patient to address their health needs. He incorporates massage therapy with Corrective Exercises and Stretching to support each patient’s health care plan. While Sports Massage and Deep Tissue are his strength, function and pain relief are the main goal of every massage. Jose brings great experience and expertise to our office and is greatly loved by our patients.
Jennifer is another one of our amazing massage therapists. She has a great attitude and we have loved having her in our office.

Maila Galo
Maila has returned to our office after a few years away. She has lived in Pocatello for over 10 years where she is raising her 5 children. Maila was born in Samoa and will always have a piece of the islands in her heart. She loves to serve and to give back to the community in gratitude for the community reaching out to love and support her after the tragic loss of her husband. Maila enjoys cooking and time with family. We are grateful for her kind and gentle spirit here in our office.
